Management Team

Crexus is externally managed by FIDAC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NYSE:NLY). CreXus has no employees other than its officers. FIDAC, a SEC registered investment advisor is a leading fixed-income management company that specializes in managing interest rate and credit sensitive strategies. FIDAC’s team of investment professionals has built a successful long-term track record through some of the most challenging fixed-income markets in memory.

Each member of our senior management team has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, which includes evaluating commercial real estate risk and managing all aspects of commercial real estate capital structure, including origination and servicing.

Our relationship with our manager enables us to leverage FIDAC’s well respected and established portfolio management resources for each of our targeted asset classes. Additionally, we benefit from FIDAC’s finance and administration functions which include legal, compliance and operational matters such as portfolio management, trade allocation and execution, securities valuation, risk management and information systems.
